You’re welcome Jane! I think what you’re doing is deeply courageous. What is it that you do that encourages people to take the leap and have those dangerous conversations?

Seems I am drawing a parallel – in having “dangerous conversations” with my clients 🙂 As an intern in Mindful Change, I guess it’s pretty hard not to. It’s pretty neat to be learning to help facilitate conversations with people and see them begin to change as they look at how preconditioned mindsets and beliefs have morphed from their childhood and effected their thoughts and actions as adults. Funny enough many people come to me to figure out just what you are speaking about…the fear or insecurity that they experience when they try to move forward, or the difficulty in challenging themselves more or experiencing life more fully. It’s cool to help them to recognize the fear for what it is (which is usually the manifestations of negative thought patterns and beliefs from others – usually close family – that they learned at a very young age), and then to clear it away and look at the core of who THEY ARE without the negative energy/beliefs of others. Often there is such a release – and then their new, positive, and creative energy begins to flow!
